Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition.
• If the product is opened or used, the return decision will be at the discretion of the vendor.
• Refunds for returned items will be processed according to the vendor’s policies.
• If a partial order is returned, the collection fee for one trip will be deducted from the refund.
• If the entire order is returned, the collection fee for two trips will be deducted.
